DCP ABBA KYARI:  THE WEIGHTY ALLEGATIONS AND THE LESSONS The Super Cop DCP Abba Kyari's name is in the News again after a recent criminal allegation against him in connection with an International Fraudster popularly known as Huspupi. This time it is an allegation on Hard Drug Deal. Abba Kyari is no longer a small boy. He knows what is Wrong and Right. He knows what is Good and Bad for him.. He knows that Acts of Criminality carries (Very big) punishments. He knows the peace in living within his means and the consequence(s) of  living above it. Abba Kyari is a big lesson for young people of my generation. Money is not the Ultimate. Life luxuries does not give peace of mind but enjoyment. However, these are just allegations. The Kogi Branch of the Nigerian Red Cross Society pay an advocacy visit to Ikumo Community, in Kogi Local Government Areas of Kogi State. Yesterday the The 14th February 2022. Ikumo Community have above 2,000 thousand people including the men, children and women who are more in number in the Community. During the advocacy visit the Branch Secretary, Alhaji Dan Usman sensitized the Community on the history, activities and the seven principles of the Nigerian Red Cross Society ( Humanity,Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary service,Unity,and University) that every good Volunteers need to in bibe while carrying out Red Cross activities. TWO RAMADAN MONTH IN 2030 (Suleiman Lukman)  By 2030, Ramadan will fall in January. But because the Islamic year is shorter than the western year, it will also come round again at the end of that year. Each year Ram adan moves back approximately 10 to 11 days as per the lunar calendar, meaning in the coming years Ramadan will be edging closer and closer to the beginning of the Gregorian calendar year. January 6th to February 4th, 2030 will be the first spell of Ramadan, followed by December 26th, 2030 to 24 January the second spell.  Two Ramadan months in one year. The reason for this unusual occurrence is that Islamic Calendar follows the lunar cycle (cycle of moon) not the Gregorian calendar (cycle of sun). A lunar year has 354 days, shorter than the 365 days of solar years. May Allah sparing of our lives in good health to witness 2 Ramadan in 2030 Ameen 🙏

It was election day in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja yesterday. Residents of the nation’s capital went to their various polls to elect chairmen and councillors for the six Area Councils. The Area Councils are Abaji, Bwari, Gwagwalada, Kuje, Kwali and Abuja Municipal (AMAC). The election will see the emergence of six chairmen – for each area council, and 62 councillors. Over 400 candidates and their running mates are currently vying for these positions. They are drawn from 14 political parties cleared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to participate in the poll. However, many believe the contest for the different positions is between the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). This is majorly because the two parties dominated in the previous FCT elections in 2019.
